Now in in it’s 6th year The Schadenfreude Cabaret’s Edinburgh Preview Season brings a selection of the finest acts to The Harrison throughout June and July.
The beautiful surroundings of The Basement Bar make the perfect environment to see this summers most innovative, creative and funny shows before they head up to The Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
The Season has consistently featured in the capital’s ‘must see gigs’. Our regular comedy club is listed by Time Out as one of the Top Ten Free Clubs in London. As always the line up is an eclectic mix with something for everyone. From established TV regulars and award winners to this years hotly tipped rising stars.
The venue regularly packs out so this year you can guarantee a seat to any of our double bills for just £5 or alternatively, just show up on the night and pay what you want at the end of the show.

Garrett Millerick: The Devils Advocate
I’ve just accidentally bought a house in the heart of Brexit country. My membership of the Urban Liberal Elite has been rescinded, subsumed into the ranks of the silent majority, I’m totally consumed by home improvement, car magazines, property values, bin day and reality television. I’m living an Essex based remake of Kafka’s Metamorphosis. I have become what I once feared most, I have become Jeremy Clarkson. ‘It’s a full on set, but brutally funny with it’ (Steve Bennett, Chortle.co.uk). ‘Angry, Intelligent Stand Up’ (Time Out). ‘It’s delivered exquisitely and is beautifully funny’ (TVBomb.co.uk).
